We are a company with a team that has been engaged in the construction of reinforced concrete structures for years. After many years in the field, we decided to reorient ourselves and open a new department dealing with metal structures. This was prompted by the advantages of energy efficient homes, speed of assembly/fabrication/ and low cost.
The structures we offer for construction are specially designed by our engineering team for thermal insulation and noise insulation, as well as for earthquake resistance. For this purpose, we use a combination of different types of profiles suitable for the needs of your home.
We also build the external connections, including digging and laying dirty and clean water pipes, power cable and grounding busbars.
The entrance doors and joinery comply with energy efficiency requirements, and custom-made ones can also be selected.
We offer you several types of insulation, tailored to the location, exposure and layout of your house. External walls are composed of: plaster, mesh, factory-impregnated gypsum fiber/magnesium boards, stone and/or mineral wool, two-layer plasterboard and finishing element (putty and latex/wallpaper). It is possible to use XPS-extruded polystyrene or EPS-expanded polystyrene, which contribute to the higher thermal efficiency of your home. We will prepare a proposal for the best combination of the above materials.
The roof offered by us can be built from: wood or metal - metal trusses from cold-bent profiles, lined with OSB with a vapor membrane, waterproofing and bituminous tiles. Mineral wool is placed under the roof, finishing with gutters and downpipes, as well as snow holders if necessary.
